Cabins Rates : $220.00 US / person, / week (Kids 15 years and under FREE)
Check in Saturday 2:00pm, Check out Friday night/ Saturday 8:00am. All our cabins are housekeeping cabins and feature propane or electric cook stoves & refrigerators. All are equipped with microwave ovens and have dishes, pots and pans, as well as bed linens, pillows and blankets. All have hot and cold running water, with 3-piece baths containing showers. We supply tea towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. For those chilly nights the cabins have either electric baseboard heaters or propane heaters. Spring and Fall please bring sleeping bags. We also have charcoal grills for your use.

Campsites: $25.00 per night.
Includes water hook up, electricity and showers in basement of house. Dumping stations located in Ear Falls and at Pakwash Provincial Park.

Boat and Motor Rental:
Weekly rates includes gas and oil, minnow buckets, nets, safety kit, life jackets available in adult sizes, docking fee included.

16' skiff with 20hp (max two adults recommended) $475.00

Outfitter with 50hp (max 3 adults recommended or family of 4-5) $675.00

Daily rates:
16’ Skiff: $90.00 includes gas.
Outfitter: $135.00 includes gas.

Bring your own boat: Dock fee is $80.00 weekly or $15.00 daily.
Private boat launch with daily docking, includes electricity available at no extra charge.

Summer Family Special (July and August) ONLY $1,250 (incl taxes)
Outfitter boat and motor, gas, dockage, net, bailer, live well, safety kit, fishing cleaning station, adult life jackets, 15 dozen minnows, Cabin with two adults and children 15 & under.

Bear Archery & Black Powder Hunting Rates
Hunters portion of cabin $850.00 plus taxes, Pre baited sites, set up assistance, Non resident Lic. approx $190.00 extra, successful hunters will require to purchase and export permit approx $25.00

Resident Moose and Deer Hunting Rates
$250.00 per week plus taxes. Running water is not guaranteed. Hunting License not included. We ask that you bring sleeping bags and towels. Bookings for resident moose and deer hunting week starts Friday, October 9, 2009. Hunting Weeks Run Friday to Friday. Full weekly rates charged.

Available at Store: licenses, outdoor cards, essential groceries, gas, oil, bait, ice, maps & souvenirs. In town pick ups are also available on request.

Non refundable Deposits required per adult are $100.00
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred up to one year from the original reservation date. We ask for immediate notice for Spring fishing cancellation.
Personal cheques accepted for deposit only, balance to be paid by travellers cheque or cash.
We do NOT accept Visa, Master Card or Debit Cards.
Rates quoted in American funds. Prices subject to change. Applicable taxes will be added.

Special note for all guests traveling with children: please note that if both parents are not accompanying the children on the trip across the border then they should have some sort of note from the parent(s) remaining at home stating that they have their permission to be traveling with them.
